Spark by Hilton Cedar City

We stayed here May 2025. The bathroom was disgusting. There was cracked tires on the floor, and there was cracked tiles on the wall. There was marks from marker on the wall. The toilet roll holder was absolutely gross. The carpet was stained and stunk. It’s not good enough for the price we paid the sofa had Mark ‘s on it. The window wells on the window were so black with dirt. I pulled out the bedside lockers. It was just gross not good enough for the price of charging.A d the light bulbs at bedside table didn’t even work.

Nice facility. Staff was really good. Good location.

No microwave or fridge in the room. They did bring in a fridge after I inquired.

Easy acces from I-15 hiway.

Only have room service after 2 days didn’t make me happy! I only stayed 2 days. Trash cans are too small. And for the price I paid I should have daily room service. Hair on the back of the toilet and floor behind toilet at check in. Bed was not comfortable at all! Wore out and old! Need new bed!!!

Bed sucked, hair in bathroom and not having room cleaned daily! Any maid should be able to clean a stay over in about 10 min. So why a hotel making that amount of money per guest doesn’t allow that is beyond me!!!

We came here from Montana thinking this place would have been great but we were wrong. There is no refrigerator or microwave. The place smells like wet dog mixed with rust and the windows have no screens so I can open them up to air out the room this is not what I paid for.

This hotel is incredibly overdue for a remodel. Peeling wallpaper everywhere, beat up carpet, etc. The Tv didn’t work and the staff knew it when we checked in. Hard no on staying here again. That said- the breakfast room and attendants were really good- thus the 2.

Clean. Easy location.

I wasn’t able to get enough hot water for a comfortable shower. The heater took awhile to adjust. Eventually I was able to figure it out- kind of important for a February stay.

Service was great but the hotel needs some updates, the shower was so bad. Lots of marks and fingerprints, etc on the walls. Could use a deep clean! The halls were quite loud very late and for an extended time. The third floor is under construction so hopefully updates are coming soon. Breakfast was good.
