Hampton Inn - Springfield

Very friendly and helpful staff; bed was excellent - pillows were a little lacking in head support.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely beautiful kind breakfast was great. Everything about this hotel. I loved and I will return.

Mynon Gregory was great service

The staff was extremely accommodating. We hosted our family reunion at the Hampton Inn with over 70 relatives visiting with us. From the people cleaning the rooms, to the lady serving breakfast, to the lady at the front desk and Mynon was awesome. She literally catered to our family to ensure our every need was met.

This hotel was very helpful when we visited. Mynon Greogory went out of her way to make sure things were good for our visit. We came to visit our brother who lived in the area. My husband and I had a room and our other brother always stayed at this hotel. Everything was clean and all hotel staff were courteous and professional. The rooms were clean and the breakfast area was also very satisfactory.

Breakfast was nice and rooms were very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The pool is saltwater. We just didn’t swim. I would like to have known that ahead of time.
