Douglas Inn & Suites

You can tell the owners take pride in their property. They are very friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Check in was quick. I thought it was very nice that they walked us out the door after we finished checking in and made sure we had all we needed. The room was dated but they took care in making simple improvements like painting and furniture. The parking lot was very clean as was the area around the pool. We would stay again.

Place is horrible. Neon green and yellow walls. Stained couch. Wife left to.get breakfast i was in shower and manager literally entered room uninvited. Better off in trucknat a rest area.

The place was very good for the price ($10.00 better through expedia). Good location, clean, and well run.

Pleasant stay

Stayed 2 nights for short vacation with daughter. Very resonable for last minute booking. Comfortable clean beds. Room smelled nice & clean when we arrived. Very friendly family owned establishment. When we were leaving no one was in office when i dropped off key. Was impressed to find the man who was cleaning the rooms at the time was the manager. He was by himself handling the motel. What a nice man, & so clean and in order, despite running it with little help. We will be staying here again.

My fiance and I decided a last minute trip for New Year's/ our anniversary. This place was great for what we needed! The room was clean and I was surprised to see a new Keurig as well. Them having a microwave as well is a huge plus. The walls were bright green and yellow which is a choice... Buuttt since we just needed a safe place to sleep, we can handle that! There was coffee, fruit, muffins, cereal, and juices for the Continental breakfast which was perfect to kick off the morning. The staff was very nice and clearly hard working. If you are looking for a safe and reliable place to sleep while you explore the area, great pick! We even walked downtown which was a huge benefit on a holiday notorious for drinking.

Sink leaked if water was turned on to high. TV wouldn't connect with Wi-Fi because it kept going out and no cable other than that not bad

The rooms were clean and spacious. But the bed and pillows were so bad I would have left if I had been able to. I would not stay here again nor can I recommend. These were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever stayed in.

The internet didn't work and the in room refrigerator didn't work.

The Inn is in need of some upgrades. New mattresses. Bathrooms in general including flooring tub,sink need to be upgraded for sure. The room was pretty clean. Check in was easy. The Inn was very convenient to where we were going. I would recommend this Inn . But they do need renovations made
