Convenience to downtown

There were never any clean towels. My family had to hang towels and use them over again. The breakfast shouldnt be called a breakfast. We stayed a week and chose not to eat breakfast there more than we did. One mornin there was no juice, no milk, only coffee with cereal and gravy. Maybe it would be okay for a quick one night stay, but never for more than a night. Our key cards were deactivated for no reason and we had to get new ones. Most of the staff were super unfriendly and were more worried about facetiming on their phone than to get up out of the chair to reach across a counter to exchange keycards.

Front desk employee shows very little effort to check you in. Too busy eating her french fries. Went to room, no towels in either room. Wet to front desk and asked for towels. Response, Don't have any right now. When will you? Don't know. Still eating, her fries. Go back to room. Ready to go to dinner. Back to front desk I went. "Could we at least get some hand towels so we can wash our hands" She reluctantly gets up goes to back room and comes back with 4 hand towels and 4 wash cloths. Had to go back to get bath towels after dinner.

The front desk staff member. The beds were sunken in two spots where people had laid on both beds. Was obvious when you entered the room. Wallpaper was peeling off in bathroom Tub stopper with chain attached was lying on floor behind toilet. Office chair was badly worn every where. Drapes were torn. Food was left in our refrigerator. Bath rub did not look clean. One of the wash cloths she gave us was not clean or badly stained. Was supposed to stay 2 nights. But we left the next morning and went to another hotel. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Quiet hotel

Reception was slow, thought we would have to take her to ER. Waited in line for 45 mins,only 3 people ahead of us

Breakfast was not good. Juice machine not working, no egg and staff was rude when you ask for it.

Charges were more than you pay in person, breakfast was not good. Staff was not professional. It was way too expensive vs what you get.

Excellent rapport qualite prix, personnel tres acceuillant.

The Pool was green but it was clean But no housekeeping at all we had to leave trash in a corner
