Movie Colony Hotel - Adults Only

The value for money is great.

They listed that there was a heated pool and there was only a jacuzzi and we were looking for a specific hotel to stay in a hot pool in the winter.

Location is great. Pool and hottub area are very very nice. The grounds were well maintained. My room was nice and clean. Kind of a 90's vibe but didn't feel dated at all.

Wifi was spotty - good signal, would go down every 15 minutes or so and reboot. Hotel needs to invest in new pillows - all 4 pillows were very flat and worn out.

A lovely resort style hotel. We originally only booked for one night, but ended up staying for 2. It was perfect for our needs. It has a lovely pool, a warm hot tub and parking. They serve a lovely continental breakfast in the main reception area, with plenty of choices for everyone. The main entertainment of Palm Springs is quite literally a five minute walk away . So it's central for everything. The only problem we encountered was a strange odour in one of our rooms (26). Which, we should have said at the time, but we were just grateful we'd been given 2 rooms together. As a lovely gesture they also have free cheese and wine in the courtyard between 4-4.30 in the afternoon. All of the staff we encountered were so lovely and friendly, I would definitely recommend this hotel

It was wonderful. Nate and Aleen were perfect hosts. The other guests were interesting and friendly. We love Palm Springs. Locating was ideal. We would love to know more about your history. We suggest you make a card to leave in each room describing the history of the hotel and the Movie Colony District.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Nice decor and vibe.

No front desk help or amenities available after 5 pm. Breakfast wasn’t until 8 am.

La réception n'est ouverte que de 9 AM à 5 PM et dehors il faut s'adresser à un hôtel proche. Donc le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 9h : tard pour ceux qui partent en randonnée/visite. Les chambres coté "Indian Canyon Dr" sont très bruyantes (éviter les chambres 12, 20, 21, 22; 23, 27) : beaucoup de bruit de voiture/camion. L'insonorisation des chambres est très faible : vous profitez pleinement de la douche du voisin à 1 AM ! En plus la machine à glaçons était en panne et les toilettes communes et de certaines chambres étaient bouchées !

Perfect for girls trip

First time staying here and we loved it. No kids being loud and splashing in the pool. We were able to just float around and enjoy a pool day. Nate at the front desk is great! Continental breakfast is definitely a plus. Close to the main strip and casino. AC was working wonderfully during the hot weather. Everything was wonderful! Nothing bad to say. We will be back.

Great value. I was slightly apprehensive because quite frankly it was one of the most affordable hotel choices. But my experience from start to finish was great. There are a couple of minor issues that could be addressed such as wiping door frames down a little better to clean fingerprint smudges and sweeping the private patio daily. But let me be clear: the room was overall extremely clean and quite comfortable. All of the team members were friendly and go out of their way to accommodate any requests. I would go there again in an instant and would highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed.
