"Good location service below standard"

I have stayed here many times mainly because of the convenient location. Hotel front desk service is fairly poor but similar to most Chinese hotels I have stayed at most times they seem to get the room or the charges wrong but if you stand your ground and insist on the problem being fixed it normally is. They will fob you off if they can and make an excuse for any problem they can.

"2nd stay at the hotel"

Staying at Rm 2020 and my colleague at Rm 1902 for only one night and only have few hours to sleep, we both think that the rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Their customer service has also been very helpful in trying to accommodate our request to search for a bag we thought we had left in one of the rooms. They are sincere in their work to serve their guests to the best of their ability.

"Good Stay but no member benefits for Hotel.com"

Good stay as we have been staying for many years whenever we visit Guangzhou...improved services and ambience over the years.... Only one breakfast is complimentary though two guests were there Which was not mentioned while booking.... However bookings made through Hotels.com are not eligible for their membership card benefits which you need to take up with the hotel management

"Very nice hotel. I like the style of luxury."

Very nice hotel. The mall and stores are few blocks away; easy to travel on foot and view the busy city. It's worth $70. Two things i'm concern is, the bathroom doesn't have it's own privacy. It's just right around the corner of the bed. Internet is not top-notch. One or two staff can understand and speak English, which is nice.

"Wonderful business hotel"

Absolutely love this hotel...stay here whenever i am in Guangzhou. Great service,free wifi, comfortable beds, nice sizes rooms, well located. I dont book with breakfast therefore i cannot comment on the breakfast but overall it is a top hotel for a business traveller. Value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
