Hotel Vibra San Remo

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I would never recommend this to anyone and the reason is the staff and the manager. Our charger was damaged by a cleaner. First the receptionist called some woman who said she was the manager but she wasn't. Her name was Nuria. She was extremely rude, laughing at me and slagging me. I told her I won't talk to her with this attitude. I then went to the manager, the most rude, ignorant and hostile man I ever met. He accused me of lying and was mocking me. I told him I didn't want anything, sorry would be enough but he didn't even bother. He's attitude was shocking. It's unbelievable the man like him gets a job as a manager. Avoid at all costs. There is a lot of much better hotels around.

Asked to change a €20 note for the machine at the hotel and was met with vulgar hostility , male receptionist on the night shift I believe his name was alounsi or there about along with another lady laughing under their breath and very clearly said the word “puta”. Alounsi then proceeded to chuck the money at me. It would’ve been easier for them to say no and as they were also unaware I speak Spanish and could quite clearly understand the vulgarity. Extremely unprofessional and first night here and it’s already put me off. Don’t recommend at all

I chose to return to this hotel this year because of its excellent breakfast and its great proximity to the beach, both of which were highlights of my previous stay and remain strong selling points. I would also like to mention that most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

I was surprised to learn that refrigerators are still not available and available only on request. Given that this is a hot island destination, I would have expected a fridge to be a standard feature in every room. We also asked about a late check-out and fully understood that there would be an additional charge. However, the lady receptionist on duty on Wednesday 10th June (around 9:30 am) immediately declined the request without even checking availability, which came across as dismissive and unhelpful. A quick check before saying no would have been appreciated.

Como cada año, he vuelto a este hotel y confirmo una vez más que el factor humano es su mayor valor. ​Desde la llegada, la experiencia es inmejorable con Françesca que nos dio una bienvenida tan cariñosa como de costumbre. Asimismo, el trabajo de Flori en la limpieza fue impecable, manteniendo la habitación en perfectas condiciones todos los días . Y en el comedor, Jose Miguel destacó por su constante sonrisa y su total disposición para ayudarnos en todo momento. ​La combinación de unas buenas instalaciones y un equipo tan profesional y cercano es la razón por la cual este hotel sigue siendo mi elección año tras año. Totalmente recomendable.

The hotel is in an amazing location, just steps from the beach. The rooms are super clean, the entertainment is incredible, and the food is quite good. We had breakfast and dinner, which was a great choice since we spent our afternoons at the beach. The chef helped my wife with her gluten-free diet, offering her alternatives for dinner. I'm extremely happy.

I am aware this is a 3 star hotel so as such I accept the very basic room an no tea or coffee in room, however on arrival around 12.30 we were informed our room wasn't ready until 2pm fair enough but if we wanted to pay 40 euros we ciuld have it straight away. We could leave our bags but not use hotel restaurants etc as we were all inclusive no band until 2. We quickly found out you had to queue behind locked doors from 8.30 until 9 to get a sunbed quute annoying. Food in restaurant is good but snacks are quite basic and very different to the snacks you can buy. The plastic cups and token situation is a little pauperish and definately keeps staff costs down. Only one staff on bar most of time so again queuing again the staff do work hard here. The rooms are clean and housekeeping are good, fresh towels everyday, beds made etc. Then on last day 11 oclock checkout and band cut off no further drinks or snacks etc. I just feel a common courtesy would be to allow guests to use restaurants and bars until they leave would leave a better lasting impression and make guests welcomed and not just a commodity. Again it is only 3 star but maybe its better to stay here on a b and b basis than all inclusive. You won"t feel like you are asking for something you haven't paid for. Final note excellent spot fabulous views.
