Hotel Vibra San Remo

Lovely hotel but front of house staff a girl who is on the morning shift Spanish really really rude bad attitude needs more training in customer service was rude to me and other guests short tempered and shouting at us in front of other customers and when I asked to speak with the manager acted like she couldn’t speak English and when are taxi came and we had to leave she ran after us shouting in front of other guests and embarrassed us really loud and insulting

Não gostei muito das camas são um pouco mole.deveriam trocar mais não me atrapalhou em nada,o resto é tudo excelente

We stayed here as a group of 11 on my hen do. The hotel was very basic but clean, great location and beautiful views. Lots of lovely restaurants close by, Ocean Beach was around a 10 minute walk and San Antonio square was a 20 minute walk or less than €10 in a taxi. The water taxi stopped directly outside the hotel and was €5pp to the town. Rooms were clean but small, if you had 3 people in a room, you would barely be able to open the balcony door, I am very glad we paid extra to be in rooms for 2! It was a very small extra charge for a sea view and it was well worth it, incredible views. Entertainment was good, singers or games each night, water aerobics or similar each afternoon too. Staff were okay, not particularly helpful or friendly but not too bad. The food is particularly average and although we were all-inclusive, we ate out most nights. We came for a party holiday so the restaurant was fine for breakfast and a spot of lunch. The main issue was the opening times of the bar and restaurant, you couldn’t get a soft drink around the pool until 11am and the bar closed at 11pm on the dot, we would have happily paid for drinks after that but it wasn’t an option. Lunch didn’t start until 1:30, there was a snack bar but food there was very limited and poor. Drinks were okay, they had a few premixed cocktails included in the all-inclusive but the nicer ones were €10 each. One evening we stayed in the seating area chatting for a while after the bar closed and we were surprised that they turned all the lights off so we had to leave with our phone torches! Overall, we got what we paid for and it worked absolutely fine for our type of holiday!

Fabulous view of the beach and ocean from my room. The room was big and comfortable. There's a pool party everyday. Staff were friendly.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbours talking.
