The staff. The facilities, the odor of the room, and the lack of a/c

Nie polecam. Opryskliwy personel, nieprzyjemny. Panie na recepcji nie potrafią czytać i rzucają wulgarne określenia względem gości w j. hiszpańskim. Nie zostaliśmy miło przywitani. Straszono nas policją, bo Pani nie rozumiała, że istnieje takie miasto jako „Warsaw”. Cytując: „Nie musimy znać wszystkich stolic państw europejskich”. Dodam, że jesteśmy spokojną rodziną z małym dzieckiem. Plaża jest brudna, nie nadaje się do zabawy z dzieckiem. Pokój zaniedbany. Cieszę się, że spędziłam tam tylko jedną noc.

Pool time should be a bit longer

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. I would never recommend this to anyone and the reason is the staff and the manager. Our charger was damaged by a cleaner. First the receptionist called some woman who said she was the manager but she wasn't. Her name was Nuria. She was extremely rude, laughing at me and slagging me. I told her I won't talk to her with this attitude. I then went to the manager, the most rude, ignorant and hostile man I ever met. He accused me of lying and was mocking me. I told him I didn't want anything, sorry would be enough but he didn't even bother. He's attitude was shocking. It's unbelievable the man like him gets a job as a manager. Avoid at all costs. There is a lot of much better hotels around.
