"The world needs more "

I have truly never met kinder hotel staff. We were here for a gymnastics competition and the staff at the hotel were happy, wildly kind, and so accommodating.

"Decent room by the looks of it, but nasty by the smells of it"

Bae & I were stopping in Kalamazoo for the night. We were looking for jacuzzi suites. We chose this hotel for the price, as some hotels were overly expensive, and others had scathing reviews. This hotel had decent google reviews, but TripAdvisor has more relevant reviews. The room reeked of cigarette smoke upon our entrance. The space was decent, good floor space between the tub & bed. The mini fridge was nice for beers but not much else. Breakfast was decent and convenient. To be honest I slept well even with the smell, but for the price of a nightly stay I do wish they would at least try to mask that smell. Get a timed scent release product or something idk. Dude at front desk (overnights) kinda sucked. Overall this hotel was not too shabby ESPECIALLY since the Radisson down the street was charging $430 + deposit for 1 night.
