We got to the room and the sofa bed cushions were ripped and worn. We folded the sofa bed down and it was very worn and on its last leg. We went swimming and came back to the room to give the kids a bath to warm up and there was no way to stop the water except with a hand towel and there was absolutely no hot water.

Room was dingy, torn and stained couch, holes in lampshade, both headboards were torn up, bed skirts were severely wrinkled, grout in bathroom coming up, no plug for tub, and smelled really bad.

We love our getaways to this hotel. Safe area with restaurants nearby, the hotel is nice and has Jacuzzi tubs in some of the rooms (which is what we always book). The breakfast is good and all the staff is helpful and kind.
