It was good, friendly staff, and good service.

The breakfast was good.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The morning breakfast options were very good in the morning with plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back again for sure on our next vacation.

Had trouble with door lock, didn’t open with card pass.

I didn't like that the handicapped rooms were at the end of the third floor. Not convenient to a person with walking disabilities

The staff were amazing, but too many issues in the room itself. The sink was clogged and the water was coming out black. The pull out bed under the couch was ripped and had several stains everywhere. The bed frame stuck out very far and my grandson ran into it leaving a huge bruise. Bedding appeared clean but underneath bedding was dirty. The staff was trying to find us a different room but there wasn’t anywhere they could move us to. The front desk was exceptional but her hands were tied since management wasn’t available that late.

staff was great, but for me, the property didn’t align with the service. The lobby had a modern look, so I automatically assumed it would be similar to all other Springhill Suites i’ve stayed at. 1 of the 2 elevators service had expired, they were both sketchy on the ride up and as soon as we stepped out of the elevator going up to our room, the appearance alone was outdated, more so when we got in to our room. the room was crowded, curtain and windows were dirty, toilet was very similar to a public restroom, water temperature in the shower was too hot, even at the coldest setting which was almost shutting it off and worst part was the AC unit did not cool the room to our liking, regardless of setting it to the lowest temperature (temp was in the 90s during the day and we were on the top floor). We didn’t feel the need to alert staff because we were only in our room to sleep, gone for most of the day. Needless to say, unfortunately we will not be staying at this location again, although this will not stop us from staying at Marriott hotels.

After a long day of traveling I asked for extra pillows for my back and to elevate my chest for congestion / allergies . I also asked to replace feathered pillows because of asthma ; all requests were done timely and happily . I’m so impressed . Usually in a 4Star hotel I still have to follow up because I still would not get my requests ; at SpringHill the front desk even followed up to make sure my needs were met within the hour. I was apprehensive at first for staying at this hotel , but my budget dictated otherwise. I’ll be coming back again each month to visit parents in an assisted living facility, and this hotel is definitely my #1 choice . The breakfast is also excellent. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get my ‘to go’ bagels in the morning at 7am on the Saturday of my departure immediately when breakfast was supposed to open for guests. We had to wait 5 minutes after the designated opening time while my Uber waited outside . On the good side , front desk gave us a couple of zip locks for our bagels .

Excellent service from front desk staff and good breakfast. Pool was not too cold.

The staff was so kind and accommodating to every request. Parking was easy with a nice view If you have kids this is the spot for you! My kids loved that Wendy’s was in the same parking lot, the gas station and chilies made is so easy! We had no troubles and it was a great time I would stay here again!
