The kitchen stove does not work in any of the rooms. The carpet needs to be shampoo and cleaned in all hotel rooms. Roaches are coming from other people rooms. It is just not worth the price they are charging.

Dresser drawer was broken apart, bathroom door would not close, badly worn bed linens, holes in carpet and bedspreads, microwave did not function properly. Room was clean, quiet, safe, no bed bugs, bathroom recently refitted.

Linen had molded stains, animal fur. Housekeeping was terrible. I spoke with staff and they did not to anything about it. They thought the situation was funny. Im going to always get the last laugh. My first couple rooms was great, until I had this situation and they do t want to fix the problem. Microwave was also nasty asl. Management needs to do better or shut this hotel down. Btw I slept in car due to this nastiness and I paid and ain’t get a penny back because the manager dodging me to not have to pay back so I came here to show yall. I have videos and pictures too

NOTHING!!!!

We had stayed at this exact hotel a few years ago and it wasn't nearly this bad!!! Checked in and proceeded to our assigned room. The key did not work, went back to the front desk and instead of giving us a new card he switched our room. Go to the new assigned room and surprise the key did not work AGAIN(no we are not idiots and can operate a key card). Go back to the front desk this time he gives us a new card. Go back to the second room assigned WOO HOO key worked. I open the door and reach for the light switch which in turn moved the curtain a bit. And BAM about 20 cockroaches scurried. NOPE!! not staying in this room! Back to the front desk again. As we stand there waiting and feeling like something is crawling on our person another person comes in behind us. Now it's our turn at the desk. We tell them what is going on and the lady behind the counter looks at the previous gentleman that was helping us and says why would you put someone in that room? It's infested. The guy behind us says that he is staying in the room adjacent to the one assigned and he was eating a pizza went to the bathroom and when he came back the pizza box was covered in cockroaches. The lady says I'll put you in a suite next to the pool with no extra charge. Awesome! NOT!!! The room smelled moldy/mildewy the tub was cracked in multiple places, there was some type of damage to the shower floor and only saw 2 cockroaches this time. Lesson learned!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
