Suburban Studios Florence I-95

I was given a key to a dirty room and the next room had mold like in the vanity ceiling,after the review said bugs ..i could not get a refund from on line reservation..the bugs came out during the early morning .was in the tub , wall and on the night stand and my personal things..afraid to sleep with the light off and i couldn't even take a showner..i think i need a refund...never again will i book this hotel😡

Had to go and get cleaning supplies to clean the room and beds before we slept in them. There was mold in the room I have pictures and would like my money back. We stayed one night then came home.

The place was horrible. Do not stay there. It is roach infested. The room was filthy and smelled. Holes in bath ceiling. Everything was worn. Remote disnt work for tv. Property was littered with trash. Electric outlets were old and frayed. GFI was burned should be changed. The bed was horrible. The pool had no water init. The room was just horrible not cleanly at all. People banging on doors wee hours of the morning. No amenities at all. Beware.

Worst than all other cheap motel , lots of cockroaches Very old motel like 100years Washroom sink was not working and bed smell in room

The property in in a very unsafe area with hookers walking up and down the roads. All kinds of people outside of their rooms after midnight. People lingering on the stairs doing drugs out in the open. I was very afraid to stay and requested my money to be refunded. They refused.

Bugs, people overdosed on the ground. If you have a child or you are a woman, do not stay in this hotel. Extremely dangerous.

The people that work there where rude ash

Staff was nice and lawn was pretty but other then that won’t be going back

I liked how nice the staff is.
