Suburban Studios Florence I-95

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! It shouldn't even be available! We needed a 1 night stay on the way to Florida and decided to book this place! It was horrible. The beds had cigarette burns, the garbage wasn't change, there was garbage on the bathroom sink and the little table. The room stunk really bad. There was a guy outside the door drinking alcohol and wouldn't move his chair. There was drug needles and someone shooting up to get high right by my car! The pool also was closed down by the health department and we were never told. It's not a safe hotel for anyone especially kids!

great location for our stay related to the soccer complex - nice rooms and friendly staff - only complaint, my sheets were not clean.

It was okay for a quick stay.

The hotel owner was very helpful. I appreciate their concern and assistance with a reservation issue I had. The hotel owner went out of their way to be helpful, and I want to thank them. 5 stars!

Staff was great!

I set up to have the room from march 28th-30th and was not allowed to get my room due to not meeting age requirements and emailed the property about a refund and have not had a email back about getting the money for the room back.

I was put in room in the back of the property and it smell like cat pee Room 169 omg room also have roaches
