"Excellent hotel for a family vacation"

The room was spacious and clean, the heated pool was nice and the breakfast was great! The booking didn't specifically mentioned breakfast but apparently its included with all reservations.

It was a bit far from downtown SB

"It was good but a little pricey"

I like that it was clean and had friendly employees

I didn't like that the no smoking policy wasn't enforced better this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I went to the pool in the night with my children and we were surrounded by a bunch of men smoking, drinking and even hiring an "entertainer" in the middle of the courtyard. That was not something I expected nor was the best environment for my children and this is a family establishment not an adult only one.

"While the nightly rate is high, it is good value and can provide a good lodging experience."

Breakfast was good, parking was always available, the pool/ jacuzzi areas were clean and inviting. Location was excellent. Cleaning staff were highly competent and caring!

Wish comfy chairs could be placed on every balcony and room patio to relax on. Wish breakfast area could be expanded: feels cramped for the high number of tenants at full capacity. The inter-room doors need better soundproofing: we were annoyed that we could hear everything at night said by tenants in next room.
