Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn

The room was fine and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. And they cleaned our room well when we asked for cleaning.

What I didn't like was that when my family and I checked into our room and asked for water they said that the free water was for Best Western members only and that we had to purchase the ones in a mini fridge if we wanted water from them. I told them that this wasn't the first time that I've booked this hotel through booking.com before and was given small water bottles before while I was checking in, so that was weird and didn't like it because it was hot that day.

The room was very clean.

Rooms very clean and comfortable, parking very good (plenty of room for vehicles), small patio off room, short walk to pool. No breakfast (remodeling dining area).

Can not say that anything could have been better, enjoyed our stay very much.

overall, we had a great experience. The site was beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful. We loved the room.

The air conditioning system was very loud. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable on the edges. parking was scarce.

Pool was beautiful, unfortunately there were so many kids there it made it difficult to enjoy it. Breakfast was okay. Got coffee and went somewhere else to eat. The one thing that was not good were the pillows.

The one thing I didn’t like were the pillows. They were very soft, no volume at all. I actually bought a pillow on our second day. 😩 lights in the bathroom were annoying, they were always turning on.

Wifi did not work
