"Jederzeit wieder"

War zum 3. oder 4. Mal hier zu Gast, immer wieder eines der Highlights meiner Reisen. Die Zimmer wurden renoviert, sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind eher ein bisschen teuer aber top.

Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr laut, man hört sogar die vom Nachbarzimmer.

Good Location for visiting kid at UCSB. Rooms was clean. Plenty of toiletries provided. Well maintained property

Pillows too stiff. Wish hotels would provide one soft pillow and one firm. Everyone likes different pillows. The automatic bright sensor light in bathroom is incredibly annoying.

I liked Joel nice representative for your company, This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here and it's the location across from the mall and a restaurant that we enjoy (lure) that we return.

Bathroom windows, alarm clock that's not set at current time and goes off without warning and we don't know how to set it!
