Not Impressed with lack of support trying to get early check in. Others were able to check in early and didn’t even request it. No addl charge. Room Was smelly. Tried to open windows and we were unable to Open windows as there was a bird nest in between the window and screen

I've stayed here a few times since spring for work. The last time I stayed it seemed like the manager was on something. This time around it just seemed like the new manager didn't know what she was doing. Staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. Still better then the place across the street.

I only stayed one day and I didnt get any type of refund I tried to get a full refund and I got vague answers I stayed 1 day out of 4 and I didnt get any refund when I was told I would
