Breakfast options were great. Very quiet, clean rooms.

Had a hard time getting the room to cool down, in March. I'm use to a ceiling fan and could not getting the fan to run continues. That was the only compliant.

First let me say the staff in general were fantastic, the hotel, not so much. We booked this hotel because of its previous reviews. Don't be fooled by them, we had a late check in due to weather and I did call ahead to let them know. Problem 1, ended up having to move rooms the following day to a room that was exactly the same. Although we booked the "king" room wen ended up with what appears to be a double bed, not really that big of a deal but not what we thought we were getting for our money. Room is nice and it's comfortable except the worn out pillows that I. My opinion don't align with the Wyndham brand. (Stayed at plenty of them to know the difference) Second and most problematic, hot water for showers, or should I say the lack there of. I mentioned this to the manager on the third day of our stay ( we're still here) and was told that another guest had mentioned it beforehand. I explained that the water was hot from the sink but pee warm from the shower. He said he would contact a plumber to look into it. That was four days ago. Today, once again, lack of hot water. I don't want a stem shower mind you but one that your not trying to rush through because your freezing you rear end off. Especially since it's been cold here. I've got a bad back and a "hot" shower helps me get started in the morning. Where the "cold" shower has the opposite effect. I don't know what the issue is with the water but know for a hotel, this isn't normal especially a Wyndham branded one. That is one part of a hotel trip that should not be a constant issue. I'm very very disappointed with this stay! I'm not a complainer, but this is, in my opinion a bad way to run hotel. Do your own research and decide for yourself..me, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for that reason alone...sorry AmericInn by Wyndham New London WI....work on the hot water issue....

It was a good location and good breakfast and happy thw pool was open until midnight

We got a suit with a jacuzzi tub and we went to use the fridge and it didn’t work boot was there a nob on the inside to turn it in so there was not keeping any foot or drinks cold in the room for our stay there
