Water pressure was low and the design of the shower made it difficult to keep the floor dry.

Rooms were very small

The fact that 3 couples could stay there comfortably, it was within close walking distance to the French Quarter, Restaurants, Convenience Stores & Airport Bus.

That the Bedrooms faced a Carpark building that was lit up all night & the bedroom curtains didn’t cover the windows completely when closed, so was like daylight all night, noisy from the streets with traffic & people, Rubbish Truck comes by at approx 2.30am every morning & empties bottles into the back of it, had someone drumming on outside drain pipes late one night, which went right through the Building. we also had a constant all night party going on in the Apartment above us for the whole 7 nights we were there, furniture being continually dragged across the floor, heavily running footsteps, voices & music, maybe a Brothel or Circus act in training??? It went on every night until about 3.30-4am every morning. So it was a long busy week with a minimal 2-3 hours sleep per night for all 6 of us - very tiring. Also need Tea towels and butter knives in the kitchen…. There were none at all, we requested these items along with Spoons & a replacement Jug as that leaked all over the bench soon as we arrived, we had a new Jug & Spoons delivered the next day, but not the other stuff. Shower head in the ensuite bathroom was blocked, so no water would come through the holes, we removed it, boiled it in a pot of water & cleaned all the buildup of crap out of it & managed to get a bit more than a dribble come through it once reconnected, I would have thought the cleaner would have reported this issue as there was practically no water coming out of the shower head at all. Hopefully the following guests after us still had reasonably good running water in that shower.

This property was much better than expected. Was spacious, Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We were there for only 1 night but I now know where to stay when I return. The only thing I would suggest are full length mirrors. There are none.
