We visited New Orleans to celebrate my son'birthday with a group of seven people. Upon arriving at the accommodation, I immediately noticed the smell of marijuana throughout the hallways, which was concerning since this was advertised as a non-smoking property. Inside the condo, the smell was pervasive. I was also disappointed to find only four towels provided for our party of seven, despite clearly stating our group size in advance. When I checked the sofa bed, there were no blankets or pillows available. I contacted Sonder about these issues, and they promised to deliver the missing items the following day, which they did. The next few night we all continued to smell marijuana , tho they tried hard to cover up the smell

Shower head broken. Need a few more towels. An extra blanket would be nice. Entry lock keypad on exterior door needs to be replaced.

I liked the location, the amenities cabinet, the elevator, the keyless entry, the full kitchen and laundry machines

The main toilet clogged easily, the shower water didn't drain well and some of the tile was broken? The main shower head was poorly held up by a hair band. Water pressure was poor. There are scuffs where the bathroom doors hit each other, and a scrape on the ground where the bedroom I was staying in, you couldn't open the door to full. The 3rd bedroom door flung open if anyone walked across the floor, despite being locked. The dishwasher smelled mildewy, and the laundry dryer was bad. You can hear every sound made on the street from the bedrooms, the fold out sofa bed was sagging from previous use, and hurt the backs of the children. There was someone else's hair all over the room when we arrived, they came and cleaned it when I complained, but that's still nasty. They also only left us 4 towels for 8 guests. Higher rating than I would leave because the staff was on the ball. Some jerk spilled an entire beer in the elevator and just left it like that. I called maintenance, and while the smell was still strong, it was Mardi Gras and to be expected, at least we didn't have to worry about a slip and slide elevator.

Great location, walk to burbon st and walk to the superdome both under a mile. no need for car. easy to get in and out of bldg, and felt safe. our 2 br apt was just what we needed. Kitchen huge and plentiful!

need new shower head in 1 bathroom and mirrors were corroding as were the light fixtures. But all useable. The sofa bed mattress was lumpy but arent they all?
