The Louie Hotel New Orleans, Belvilla District 6 Formerly Sonder

Location is terrible. I had 4 guests and 2 towels . Hard to get in the doors . Did not disclose the tv issue about connecting to chromecast and all the construction around the place.. terrible service no one to call and talk to only chat. Which does no good when no one is available after hours

It was Modern, well kept and clean

The WiFi was extremely temperamental and the water pressure was very weak.

The property was very well decorated with clean and simple ascetics! It is also conveniently located with in walking distance to restaurants and many other attractions. The washer and dryer was a plus to have. We would have enjoyed having a television at least in the master bedroom. Overall we recommend for the price point, convenience, and cleanliness!!

Sonder's The Louise offers a decent stay in New Orleans, though it comes with both pros and cons. The apartment is clean and reasonably well-maintained, providing the basics for a comfortable stay. The living area is adequately furnished, with enough seating for a small group. The kitchen is functional, equipped with standard appliances that get the job done for a meal preparation. All bedrooms feature a comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for most guests. Location-wise, The Louise is conveniently situated. It's close enough to popular areas like the French Quarter to be accessible, but far enough to avoid the worst of the noise and crowds. This makes it a fair choice for those who want to explore the city without being in the thick of things. The Sonder team provides a straightforward check-in process via their app, which is appreciated. The app also provides a way for a contact with the Sonder’s team should there be a need.

The decor, while clean, lacks character and doesn't quite capture the vibrant spirit of New Orleans. Some guests might find the apartment a bit generic compared to more uniquely styled accommodations in the area. Additionally, both bathroom are adequate but nothing special and just provide shower and not a bath. The walls are stud and plaster and you can hear your neighbours, especially if they talk laud in the morning or late evening. The windows to the street are single-glazed and do not, in my opinion, provide any sound barrier from the traffic. Overall, The Louise by Sonder provides a satisfactory base for exploring New Orleans. It's not luxurious or particularly memorable, but it offers a clean, comfortable stay at a reasonable price point. If you're looking for a no-frills apartment in a decent location, it's worth considering, but those seeking a more authentic or high-end New Orleans experience might want to look elsewhere.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The locations was great! Walkable to most attractions and the ferry. I would have liked a guest book with information on what was needed to do for checking out and instructions on things like where trash needed to be taken. Hopefully we did enough to help house keepers.

Perfect location, private and clean. I would 100% stay here again it was absolutely amazing

Living room

2 rooms with no windows, freezing air conditioning unevenly distributed, staff unable to solve a very easy issue. We left a teenager wallet in the apartment and they quoted a cost to send it back a bit high (190 USD). We asked to send just the documents in an envelope. No reply nor any action. Something that a single owner would have easily solved, but here corporate organization is involved and procedures. Not good.

Everything was nice, neat and clean.
