Breakfast good, but quality of product, service and presentation needs a bit of work I.e. bread too big for toaster, quality of coffee, no eggs on buffet

Easily accessed from the motorway, but far enough away for noise not to be a problem. Plenty of parking space. My room was spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Helpful staff even though hotel very busy due to festival nearby and bank hol weekend Lovely clean room Great breakfast.

Kettle and hair dryer weren't working but when i told lady at reception she offered to get someone to look at straight away but i said was fine as we were checking out anyway.

"I have previously stayed in two other hotels in Swansea and this is definitely the best."

Convenient for my needs - visiting family in Swansea. Readily accessible. Room spacious and clean. Lounge/dining area ideal. Staff at reception very pleasant and helpful. Easy parking. Bathroom clean and practical. Traffic noise not an issue despite room facing the motorway. Bed comfortable and clean. Breakfast ideal.

Disturbed one night around midnight by a family arriving late and both parents and kids making too much noise and disturbance in the corridor. Not the hotel’s fault although a diplomatic word or two with late arrivals could help.
