Very friendly staff, clean and great breakfast

The room facilities were better than I had imagined ( i.e. ironing board / iron provision was a bonus). The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and proficient. On-site parking was easy to sort at reception. Buffet-style breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Fortunately I had no mishaps in the bathroom, but noted that there was no toilet brush in sight. Though tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, the packets of milk I found very unappealing. My room overlooked the car park so throughout night there was occasional noise from car doors slamming and people talking and a background hum from the main road nearby.

Convenient location, well priced, clean, tidy, well made beds etc. The female member of staff in the restaurant area in the Monday morning was rushed off her feet bless and helped with clearing the tables. Polite, courteous and helpful

Some noisy neighbours on first floor and strong smell of cannabis from their room
