Loved the soft robes for the large jacuzzi tub. It was so relaxing after a long hot day

First floor room, it was clean and surprisingly nice. The reviews were not great but rarely are people fair when angry about something.... nothing to worry about here. I travel for work so being in a hotel for months out of the year I can say it’s not a bad hotel. Roosters is a few steps away and that doesn’t hurt the place either! I did notice at 5am multiple doors slamming.... so don’t expect to sleep in.

WAS A GETAWAY EVENING FOR ME AND THE WIFE TO ENJOY SWIMMING AND HOTTUB,, BUT HOT TUB HASNT BEEN SERVICED AND HAD BAD ODOR AND GOT THE WIFE SICK,POOL WAS GREAT THO,,ROOM WAS OK BUT SMELLED LIKE SIG SMOKE AND WE LET THE OFFICE KNOW BUT DIDNT SWITCH US ROOMS SHE SAID THERES STILL SMOKING ROOMS IN THERE SORRY,,ALSO TOLIET WAST WORKING TOOIT JUST KEPT RUNNING,,LET OFFICE KNOW ABOUT IT TOO..OTHER THAN THAT WAS I GUESS OK

parking lot needs some work, pot holes very large.

The spa looks like it had a black hue to it from the dirt, we are in an enclosed room with a pool which was great except you can see the black mold growing all over the walls and we are breathing it in. I always had to get more towels there was 4 of us staying there and we had enough towels for one person. Also when I got the towels the first night they were hard and crusted and seemed still dirty. Laundry needs to step up. Housekeeping almost refused to change my sheets, until I advised my kid had pee'd in the bed. It had snowed when I arrived and I almost broke my neck because there was so much ice I couldn't access the back door without hurting myself.. so SALT???? That is a lawsuit waiting for a place to happen. There were no towels in the pool and they don't tell you that until you are dripping your way to the front desk freezing. So there is room for improvement but I still think you guys are better than the motels and hotels surrounding you.

Love the location. I’ve been staying here for years and it’s getting run down.

Needed a nice clean place to stay. This hotel meets the requirement. Great staff and nice indoor pool. Parking is good. Faculty is a little worn, but house keeping does good job. Front desk is exceptional, just wish more had a staff this good

The hotel is horrible. Do not stay here. The entire place smelled of weed and was quite shady. The room did not have a safety lock on the door, When I tried to speak to the person at the front desk, he stated that there was nothing he could do.

The motel is very nicely decorated. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The man at the desk in the evening gave us a great tip for a good meal. The motel is clean and comfortable. TV was great. The bed comfy. Bathroom clean. It was a little noisy with people moving around in their rooms above us but not bothersome. Breakfast was ok. Food can be microwaved...egg sandwich, Bob Evans breakfast burrito and premade pancakes. Cereal and bagels. Very clean eating area. Pool area looked very nice and there was a hot tub. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The room we stayed in was very clean, no complaints there. We went down to the pool, there were no towels and we had to ask the front desk for them. The ones they gave us were small enough to keep a baby warm. Afterwards, we went back to the room to take showers. The hot water had the pressure of a squirt gun. And I got maybe a couple hours of sleep because they was a loud clicking sound somewhere in our room, possibly the heater. Also, the elevator was so loud and unstable, it was not safe at all.Last but not least, they promise a free, hot, complimentary breakfast. They had cereal, a couple bagels, and a donut. We went to Mcdonalds for breakfast. Not worth $96 a night.
