The place was not so bad it was ok the pool and hot tub was absolutely Disgusting it appeared dirty look like dirty bath water very disappointed..

We had a softball tournament. This hotel was convenient to the fields and restaurants. It has a nice indoor pool. However, the chemicals in the pool weren’t balanced and turned my daughters hair green. The front desk was going to test the pool. Staff was friendly. An overnight stay worked for us here. I wouldn’t stay any longer than a day or two though. Not the most comfortable place to sleep and the elevator is scary. We took the steps when we could. It’s only 2 flights.
Things were broke hot tub pool and doors and kids running up and down the floors allnight

We got to hotel around 3, front desk said he wasn't sure if room was ready, that he would check. Room wasn't ready. He checked us in to room 211. We went about our business and got back to hotel @ 11:30 pm. Went to open door, and room key would not work. Went back down to front desk, and lady reprogrammed room key. Went back up to open door, and when I turned light on, there was 2 gentlemen not very happy in my room. Went back down to front desk and told lady at front desk about the 2 gentlemen and one not really happy about me being in room. Front desk called room to verify the situation. She tried to call her Supervisor, several times (no answer), also called the front desk gentlemen that checked him in. They had a conversation, didn't have any rooms available, but found one with a king size bed (there is 2 men on this trip). Neither of them was happy about sleeping in the same bed. Both men was not happy about the situation. When they first check in they paid with cash, the send time with a credit card. Gave money back.
The beds are old and hard. Not comfortable at all.
Very clean, staff was great. Pool and hot tub area was really nice. Definitely will stay again
