The room was big and clean. Location perfect in Jaynagar. Staff was friendly.

A bunch of smaller things making the overall experience worse... The first three days, WiFi was not working at all. Then it got fixed and worked fine for 2 days, but afterwards stopped working properly again. No warm water in the shower. AC stopped working after a couple of minutes every time it was turned on. No towels or toilet paper (I did get a towel when I asked for it though). There was a lot of empty space in the room, didn't really look too cozy.
