beds, pillows and douvet in very bad condition, full of stains and dirty - they could as well not provide these other facilities inside room were ordinary, no kettle, limited drinking water, no hot water No parking facility Lifts was really really slow, guess not maintained properly Was a bit noisy due to banging door noise from top floor

Everything. Booking.com page mentions no pre-payment needed but right after confirming they send a message requesting pre-payment via other platform. One day before our arrival they sent a message saying we were moved to another hotel, but nothing was changed in our booking.com reservation. When we arrived there was no room available for us as per our reservation. We had to find a new hotel in Bangalore at 6am having just travelled hours from another continent. No support at all. Completely absurd.

No car parking, No card payment

The location was good.

Room is very dull. Couple of lights not working. Dressing mirror broken. Mirror in bath room not clear. AC not effective. Towels not clean. Unused chairs and tables, dirtyy linen, broom and mop kept in the corridor. When this was informed to the lady at the reception, who turned out to be the owner as learnt later, not only was rude in replying but went to the extent of asking the guest who had paid for the room to leave. She was very arrogant and disrespectful. There is no lift access to rooms on first and second floors.

Nothing at all. Just that the location is accessible from city centre.

Oh good. Rude staff, aaroganr manager. Eventhough I checkedin at 8pm and requested an extension of checkout by couple of hours to 1pm. They were adamant and have called me 10 times I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn't have basic hotel facilities nor their staff were trained.

Cleanliness and basic facilities like sopa brush were not kept when asked they said it's not available
