"Poor facilities. Not neat. Poor quality bedding."

I didn’t like anything

1. Booked 2 rooms. When came back in the evening one of the room was wide open and when I opened the other someone else was sleeping inside. 2. They changed the room for us. But when I checked ac was not working and when I asked they knew it earlier and they were not sorry for that. 3. In the middle of the night I literally had to put on a fight to get another room.
