Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found that the property did not match its advertised standards as a 3-star hotel. The condition was more like a lodge, with no proper facilities expected from a 3-star property, including no functional Wi-Fi, poor reception service, and disputes at the reception desk. Due to these conditions, I decided not to stay at the property. On the same day, I immediately sent an email to FabHotels informing them of the situation and requesting a refund. However, to date, I have not received my advance payment back.
