The over night staff was wonderful !!!

I had to wait in my car 3 hrs until the rest of my party due to having to put a 50$ incidental charge on my cc. This should be mentioned when booked!!

The property was under renovation, nothing made me aware when I booked. Added a second night but ended up leaving and didn’t stay the second night, left at 5pm. Staff didn’t seem to care, didn’t offer an apology, didn’t offer any kind of refund, acted as if it was completely normal. Makeshift front desk, all facilities closed, pool, gym, etc. workers and messes everywhere, music blaring from workers radios. At one point I was looking for front desk staff, nobody around, only one person on duty, the front desk person was also the person running around cleaning rooms. Complete disappointment.

The property is being remodeled, we may have been the only guests there. The room was clean but rest of hotel was not. There may have been mold on closet ceiling

the cost

This hotel is under renovation, there was nothing telling me this before arriving. Everything is disrupted or closed, pool all closed, workout room, workers everywhere, noisy, radios blaring music. No phone in room, generally nobody at makeshift front desk, after wandering around for 30 minutes looking for someone, I was helped by the woman cleaning rooms who was doubling as a front desk person. I can’t believe they are open while all of this is going on. Needed to stay a second night but ended up checking out at 5 pm and not staying. Offered no explanation, no apology, no refund, guy checking me out was nice but had no idea how to use the computer, took him 30 minutes poking around the computer and a call and texts to his boss, but still couldn’t check me out. This should not happen and other people need to be aware this hotel is not fully functional. Rooms should be at a very discounted rate if they choose to be open during construction and this should be fully disclosed.

Pet friendly

Quoted a $30 pet fee on phone. Charged $75 pet fee when checking in. Pool closed due to remodel.

The proprty is in the middle of changing to a hilton spark. The lobby is a mess. Debris on the carpets both upon arrival and departure. Our towels had stains the floors although new had scunge on them. But when rubbed didnt come off.. no garbage can in the room. The walls are way too thin. Could hear the guy next door zipping and unzipping his luggage at 5 a.m. my husband also could hear him brushing his teeth and gagging on his toothbrush. I don't understand why we even had to be next to him.Since there is virtually no one else staying there. The staff was extremely friendly however.
