it was clean and that's the only plus

but there are many minuses. the door between the neighboring rooms. asked to move me to a room without such a door, but the staff did not cope. on the very first night, became an overseer of a wild night of a young couple. the drain in the bathroom was clogged. asked to clean it. the problem was not solved either on the first day or later. although on the first day someone came, because he left the door of the room open for the whole day. because the door itself did not close, got stuck. in 4 days they did not clean even once, my colleagues in 7 days. there was a laundry, but the machine did not work. it washed money and that's it. the staff said that yes, it does not work, although there were no announcements about it. and there is no microwave in the rooms. this was the most disgusting service in a hotel that I have encountered. and I live in hotels for half a year

Property under renovation our room had no furniture expect bed ... Front desk requests were totally ignored there 4 days never once came to clean room... Had to corner housekeeping to get food resh towels

In the process of renovation.

In the process of renovation. Seemed to be putting half effort in. Shower dn drain, TV dn work and breakfast had yogurt and cereal with pb, jam and butter but only plastic enclosed muffins to put those toppings on. Thise that were guests were packing the yogurts foe lunches so they didn't seem to mind the paltry efforts for food selection. Hope the renovation improves the outcome.

Landscaping needed desperate attention- hotel looks abandoned except for new paint on exterior, staff was unprofessional (watching movies with vulgar language during breakfast), breakfast needs attention (we came out a number of times to find no food left,) hotel needs to be closed until construction is finished, pool needs to be taken off listing as it’s been closed for a long time, no fan in bathrooms, only one tiny trashcan in the room, public bathrooms weren’t cleaned in the week and half we were there. Needs staff that pay more attention to details of cleanliness/appearance.

The location is being converted into a Hilton property; however it is still undergoing renovation so the pool was not available and small things were missing like waste baskets in rooms
