The view from all the rooms and the living room of the house was extraordinary. The kitchen facilites are quite sufficient. Modern looking furniture.

There's a large crack in the main window of the upstairs room and living room, and it's been taped up. I think everyone has mentioned the same issue for the past 1.5 years. It gives the impression of being neglected. There are also cracks in the plaster on some of the walls; they need painting and repairs. All the sofas in the living room are stained and dirty. They definitely need a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, there is no hair dryer. Extra towel racks in the bathrooms would be nice. The kitchen door doesn't lock completely and can't be opened from the outside. The umbrella in the garden is broken. The house has its own garage. Great. However, different cars are constantly parked in front of the main gate. This makes accessing the parking lot difficult. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. A car is essential. The mattresses in the middle room are very uncomfortable. Also, they're not the same type or size. It's impossible for couples to combine mattresses. On Booking.com says there are 3 bathrooms with showers. This is completely misleading information.There's a shared bathroom for two rooms. This means there's only one bathroom for four people. There's only a toilet downstairs. Not a shower or bath. I'M SURE SMALL TOUCHES CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE .

Der Ausblick war unglaublich schön. Dieser hat das Haus definitiv aufgewertet. Schöne Größe und bei Bezug war alles sauber und gut organisiert.

Die Ausstattung war stark in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen wären Renovierungsarbeiten stark anzuraten. Nachbarhäuser hatten viele Hunde, die Nachts auch auf der Straße rumgelaufen sind. Auch für Leute, die keine Angst vor Hunden haben, nicht sehr angenehm.

The house was clean, very spacious and had everything we need for our family comfort. We had access to a private and spacious car park, the kitchen was well suited to enable self catering and we had access to laundry facilities. We felt really at home and added to the wonderful experience we’ve had at Madeira. I will definitely chose to stay in the villa in the future.

We didn’t get the chance to meet the host; only communicated via WhatsApp. The only minus is that at times queries weren’t responded to on time. I think it would be better if somebody is available to meet guests even just one time; putting a human face to your service will help build your customer relationship.

Very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace and spectacular view, comfortable beds, great communication with the hosts, really only positive things to say about our stay. We definitely recommend it!

The property has a wonderful ocean view, you can see the sunset from the living room and see sunset from the garden. It is a great choice for a family or group as the property is very spacious. The property is nicely furnished, the kitchen has most things that are needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms have great ocean views as well, the whole house feels private and well-thought out. It was a nice touch to provide dish washer tablets and washing machine powder. The garden is easy to access, it also has enough seating and also a bbq.

The parking is in the basement garage, it is a steep drive to the street and if a car parks close to the gate, it is almost impossible to drive out without scratching the car. There aren't shops or restaurants nearby, car is a must. The hot water runs out quickly and the power of the shower is weak. Upon arrival nobody meets you but it'd be nice to be showed around as we had hard time opening to main door, the automatic blinds are not straight forward to handle. During our stay the oven had an issue which we reported and got confirmation that somebody will stop by to fix it but during the 8 days stay, nobody showed up to repair it.
