Food up front was expensive

Property was affordable and conveniently located near the highway, but the room was humid, and our door wouldn't actually close or lock.

Great for an overnight stay while our kids attended an orientation at Kent State University

Hotel was convenient for our plans. Clean, comfortable, friendle. The landlord needs to mow the grass in the entrance driveway, it ruins the image. Otherwise an excellent property.

Placed in a room by the employees only rooms. Loud construction noise till late in evening. Cobwebs on light on desk. No shampoo in shower. Overall okay stay.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The place had a better than expected hot breakfast and items changed daily.

There was damage to the bathroom that made our stay uncomfortable. Shower doors did not operate properly causing massive flooding on the floor that we had to mop up everytime we showered. The drain plug in the sink was also broken and unable to close to keep water in the sink. Bed felt like I was sleeping (I didn't!!) on a granite slab. This far outweighed the breakfast and cleanliness of the of the lobby and breakfast area. Staff did offer to change our room that first night but we didn't feel (at the time) like it was that much of an issue. We were wrong. We could easily had a better room at the Super 8!

This hotel on Hilton's website indicated "Newly Renovated" during our stay in May 2025, but I cannot understand why the website still shows that! There was way too much disrepair to have been renovated. The room entry door had suffered some damage, and the deadbolt and latch didn't fully engage with the jam, which allowed a massive gap at the bottom of the door. The bathroom was terrible, particularly the shower (unless renovated means a ton of silicon caulk to hide the lack of maintenance)! The ice machine was nonfunctional, with parts visible lying on the bottom under the dispenser area! I am very disappointed that Hilton continues to allow their name on this facility. We tried the breakfast area, but it was another big disappointment: poorly kept and stocked. The breakfast area staff person seemed more interested in socializing with his friends than doing his job.

The staff was awaesome!! They treated us like family.

Beds very comfortable. Very clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent but unspectacular. Same meal served two days in a row.
