did not have a hot breakfast. did not have a charging station for cell phones.

Can not recommend staying here..

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room needs updating. Carpet, chair and bedspread need to be replaced and the bathroom door needs to be fixed, it didn't close all the way.

Room was neat and very clean. They have maintained it as 5 star hotel. Management is so friendly. Easy check-in and checkout process.

I was given a key to my room and upon entering it there was a man inside the room. It was very uncomfortable.

The front desk employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful, no one there knew how to properly run a hotel except for the one male manager. It took them 30 minutes to get us checked in late at night after we gave them our name and confirmation code for the prepaid stay and they tried to tell us that it wasn’t in the system. Eventually we got it sorted but the next day they walked in on me changing without knocking.

Air conditioner didn't work. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Mini refrigerator had so much ice in it you could not put anything in freezer. Hair in bathtub and on floor in bathroom

Stayed here after MSU game. Staff were quite pleasant, room was clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable (seemed rather hard when I first got on it) and the place was quiet. It is not a showplace but it fit my need and I would stay again.

The rooms were older with damage to furniture and cosmetics. Old bathrooms, air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was terrible old cereal and packaged donuts. Burn marks from an iron on the furniture. Very low quality and the bed was like sleeping on wood.
