DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Laurel

The entire experience was stress free from check in to breakfast to checkout. The front desk staff was extremely attentive and helpful

The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice, the staff really has a host mentality. They are there to take care of you. Natacha picked up my hat when I dropped it and got it back to me the next day. Thank you!!!! See you on my next trip 😁

Card keys to room failed 3x They had employees using lobby bathroom to clean themselves and run out of bath when customers enter They charge u money for a plain coffee. Best western doesn’t even do that. Breakfast was mediocre at best

Everyone was so nice check in was smooth and room was clean and comfortable We were here for a new years yearly ball my father has and we love the experience every time

The front desk staff and managers were absolutely fantastic!!! They were patient, pleasant and friendly. The hotel management staff were very professional and amendable with helping to plan our event. We will definitely be back again.

We were traveling with dogs and looking for a hotel that was pet friendly. Our room was clean and bonus. It had an exterior door right outside of our room that made it convenient for letting the dogs out to do their business. Natasha at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. We will definitely be staying here again.
