Great Staff! In town for a youth hockey tourney and how the staff catered to the kids was amazing! Easy checkin, great breakfast, and easy travel to the rinks!

Our holiday family trip was better, more comfortable and easier because we stayed at the DoubleTree in West Laurel. Friendly and caring staff, great breakfast and a gym with what we needed. The hotel is located near 95 to get both to Baltimore and DC easily. Just a couple of miles away there are grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, etc. strongly recommend this hotel!

Provides outstanding customer service! This young lady will go far in life. And may become the owner or advance to upper management. Her personable and kind nature is wonderful. She is present eager to answer any questions pertaining to your room. She assures you like your room and are having a great experience at the hotel. My son and I always have the most pleasant experience when we stay at the Doubletree Hotel. My son is Autistic and non verbal. Arias is very patient and kind with him. She offered him a warm cookie. Every company should have someone like Arias to represent their brand.

Always a great experience, There’s always parking near an entrance, the rooms are always clean. The wifi without premium is good enough to do anything you would need. i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay for a night or for anyone who is staying for a month. you can’t hear anything from your room. at night you get the best rest because you can make the room completely dark with their thick curtains. The service is amazing. I’m always greeted with a hearty hello whether it’s Tanya or anyone else (she’s my favorite because of her enthusiasm and sweet/genuine characteristics) There’s not really anything bad about this hotel… the water pressure is perfect, the heat and ac work just as you want and they have high quality tvs in case you get back to your room early enough to put something on. i would recommend this hotel to any age visitor.
