"Great Customer Service"

"Laurel Doubletree"

The hotel is a good location for the price. My family’s go-to hotel every time we are in the area. The hotel is a bit outdated. Some of the fixings are older and the sheets are not as new. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain as quickly. However the staff here are very kind and accommodating. Especially Ivette. Such a sweet and kind soul. She makes our trip worth it every time and that’s why we keep coming back. Oh and the cookies!

"My DC room experience"

Very comfy bed, clean room, bathrooms supplies was stocked, and food was okay but it could have been better I felt. I liked how there were separate stands for beverages and the pancakes were a little dry. Overall I had a really fun time and a great experience!
