"True Hospitality"

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Natacha and the staff were so warm and friendly, and it was very quiet and peaceful in my room. Thank you so much for the hospitality. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Maryland :)

"Amazing!"

This was our second time staying at DoubleTree in Laurel MD! We purposely chose this hotel again because of the cleanliness, quiet environment, and impeccable service! We never wanted for anything! I have to give a huge thank you to Bartolo! He waited on us at breakfast every morning. His smile and friendly nature made for such a wonderful start to our day. He was a big part of the reason we came back to this hotel. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

This IS NOT A HILTON PROPERTY!!! Do not stay here. It is not a Hilton property. The "Suite" is not a suite. The bathroom door was broken, the sink was broken. It was filthy!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

"Comfortable hotel very close to the interstate system."

I came to the Doubletree in Laurel for a Maintenance Seminar with the state highway administration. Even though we all got here between 11 am and 1 pm, Natacha went out of her way to ensure we all got into rooms as quickly as possible. Natacha also made sure I had an easy access to the parking area with a corner room to make it easier getting my two Service dogs to the rest area. My stay is very comfortable. Only suggestion is to have refrigerators available for keeping medications cold. I'm working through this challenge with limited resources and lots of baggies of ice in the sink.

We chose this hotel for its convenient on/off location to I 95. But it turned out to be a friendly, quiet, clean and comfortable stay. Loved the Tex-Mex restaurant and the breakfast buffet too.
