The bed was comfortable.

When using the double headed shower.If you do not get the spray, just right, it flooded the bathroom. When asked for a turndown service using the placard on the door it was turned around twice without any one coming into the room at all. Had to find the housekeeper, ourself and asked them to replace the towels and make the bed. Towels were replaced bed not made. Garbage not emptied. Swimming pool was murky when walking down the stairs slipped and fell because they were slimy. Went down for breakfast. Did not look appetizing, and it was hot in there.Like the air conditioning had not been turned on. Air conditioning in room was not working correctly. Try to call down to the front desk and the phone did not work.Had to call on cellphone. Asked for a fan and was told.There were no fans available for guest rooms. Finished up my business early and cut our stay by one night.

It was clean.

The outside door did not lock. There were screaming children running in the halls and throwing tantrums that we could hear in our room. The staff were not friendly. The breakfast was insufficient.

Clean and well maintained

It was further from the main highway but only a few minutes. I wish the restaurant was still operating.

The staff was friendly and was fast to fix issues

Some of the stuff was outdated. And the breakfast could have a little more variety.

Couch was stained Sofa bed smelled like human urine and was very uncomfortable Jets in the Jaccuzi bath were not cleaned and had pink buildup

The breakfast was great! The temperature of the pool waa excellent!

A small couch un the room, or chair.tge lamp posts in the courtyard need some attention. They're not very safe
