USI had to wait 15 minutes at the desk to get checked in because nobody was there to get me to my room and the entire hotel smelt like mold and smoke. The mattress came from 1982. I was uncomfortable and was just springs in my back, they offered no amenities This room. This hotel was completely awful. The manager was creepy and rude. I would not recommend staying here.
The manager was creepy and rude. I waited 15 minutes to get checked in when I had listed my specific check in time and all the way to my room smell like mold and cigarette and just musky all in the room had mold that was covered up with paint the mattress was a miserable it was mushy and springy and Lumpy and uncomfortable. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
