The hallways had dark, dark brown carpet, and the hallways were poorly lit. However, the room did not have carpet, and the floors was very clean. The exit door on the first floor. The ramp was covered in ice. There were no maintenance personnel or any staff personnel available to clear the sidewalks going into the building. My husband took a crowbar out and broke up the eyes so that people could actually walk on the sidewalk without falling. All of the people in the hotel that smoked were standing by the exit door, and as you walked in wife’s of smoke would consume you’re in the door in the foyer. The smoking is supposed to be 20 feet away from the entrance, not 1 foot away from the entrance. It was nice that they allowed pets on the property, however, we noticed all of the pet owners did not pick up after their pets and the front entrance of the motel grass area was full of dog poop. The staff was only two people in the entire hotel.
