USUSSomeone came on the property and stole our equipments off our truck. They need more security cameras all around the facility.
USUSIt was a family reunion the family was gathering in the courtyard... Mind you we had 97% of the hotel booked...but the worker told everyone that they had to go to bed. not that someone complained or could you keep it down or she was closing the courtyard but her statement is you have to go to bed.(ALL ADULTS )There was no sign stating that the courtyard closed at a certain time. family just enjoying family hadn't seen since last year. I believe the mistake came on the not the message but how it was delivered.
