LOVED the hotel , the decor, the room was fantastic as well as the piano room with gorgeous furniture and a nice choice of drinks with honesty box

All was fantastic apart from breakfast was disappointing.......

Rural location but still close to the town and Dyfi mountain biking park. Nicely decorated rooms. There’s a secure shed for bikes. Very tasty breakfast.

If you arrive after dark you need a torch and patience to read the welcome letter and sort out codes for the bike shed and keys to the room.

Really liked the location — it’s perfect for a peaceful and tranquil stay. There's a honesty bar which we didn't use, stocked with some basic drinks. The experience would have been much better if proper heating had been available.

There was no heating, and we had to leave a day early because it was so cold that staying in the room was impossible. There’s no restaurant, but the host kindly offers a cheeseboard.

Comfortable beds, great that you can just self check-in and breakfast was excellent! As one who chooses hotels on the breakfast I would add some photos of it. Perfect with 30 min walking distance to Mach.

Quiet - only people staying on our first night.

Make sure you have a torchlight if arriving late evening to get into building/find your room. We’re not very fussy but for the price was expecting to have the room cleaned after first night’s stay, fortunately we were out most of the second evening but a clean pair of mugs for the following morning would have been appreciated. Hard to get hold of anyone for assistance - you have to leave voicemails/emails. We would have left a better review but for £335.76 for a couple for two nights it definitely was a subpar stay.
