A lovely, peaceful stay with gracious and friendly hosts who were always happy to help out if needed. Nice clean linen and towels and a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was delicious each morning.

Location was good

Quite outdated, broken elements in the room I.e cupboard knobs, not that clean, Breakfast eggs were burnt and everyone sss complaining the food was too salty, for the price we paid we would’ve expected a little more cleanliness and proper food

The view was fantastic and the place was very nicely furnished.

Just had a little strange experience with the self check in process but it’s just because it’s a new experience for us but other than that nothing

The setting was charming and the style and decor of the property really attractive. Breakfast was ok.

We couldn’t get the tv to work in one of our rooms. There are no staff on site so we phoned the number and the lady ( presumably the owner) said she couldn’t come then 5ish butshe’d get her husband to come at 8pm - he never showed up. The bin in one of our rooms was full of rubbish including empty cider cans which wasn’t a great look. One of the bedside lights didn’t work. It just felt a bit uncared for and the hosts didn’t seem to feel it was their job to respond.

Breakfast good, the hotel and room way below expectations. Booked a supervisor room and it was dirty, broken and external doors did not lock or fit properly.

Quiet location, nicely decorated interior and rooms.

No reception but tbh that wasn’t a big issue and the check-in procedure was ok.
