It was very clean. The bed and linen were very good. There was a small fridge in the room. We used the laundry service. It worked very well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is really excellent - that is by far the best feature of this establishment.

The description on booking.com and other sites was quite misleading regarding accessibility. It is described as "upper rooms can only be reached via stairs" which creates the impression that there are lower rooms and other facilities that are more accessible. However, the reception desk and ALL rooms are on the 3rd floor. The only way to reach it is with a staircase comprising exactly 71 stairs. This is very difficult to do with any luggage and even without luggage it is taxing. There were eating utensils in the room but no way to wash or dry it when used. The free WiFi was extremely slow.

L'emplacement sur les quais est vraiment bien mais trop proche de la grande avenue. Cela dit le double vitrage est très efficace. L'hôtesse d'accueil est agréable. Lit confortable

Il n'y a pas de pommeau dans la douche, uniquement une douche pluie et ça ce n'est pas pratique pour une femme qui ne souhaite pas mouiller ses cheveux. La grande route trop proche. La parquet grince énormément. On entend un peu trop les voisins.
