Tutto perfetto, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma è stato un piacevole soggiorno. In centro, personale gentile, tutto pulito e ordinato. Molto bello.

Excellent stay in a beautiful city. Beautiful building, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and family friendly, they even gave us a cot and considering the location which is right in the old town, the accommodation was very quiet.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. My room was large, very modern, very clean, and well equipped. Above, and most important to me, it was very quiet. The hotel is situated on the third floor of an old building at the very southernmost edge of the old town. Coming from the airport, you can be let out at the bridge and walk only a few steps to the hotel. As I was exhausted after my flight from California, this was a huge advantage for me. It is well away from the busy bars and restaurants that comprise so much of the old town along the river. Yet the entire old town is less than a six or seven minute walk from the hotel, so you are very well situated. I was very glad about that because I just have no tolerance for having to hear bars and restaurants from my hotel room. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Alja. What I really appreciated was that the staff was willing to help me get my large suitcase up and down the stairs. I’m not as young as I used to be, and going up the stairs with two suitcases was a real challenge. I had to take a taxi several times, and so its location in the completely pedestrian old town was perfect. I travel a lot, and I really appreciate it when a hotel meets my needs without being beyond my means.

This isn’t a complaint. More of a warning. The hotel is on the third floor of an old building. There is no elevator. If you have mobility issues, which I do not, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was incredibly helpful about bringing my suitcases up and down the stairs when I was arriving and leaving. I very much appreciate that. I’m not a young man anymore, and although I am fit, carrying heavy suitcases of multiple flights of stairs is not my idea of a good time. This is a very minor complaint, which I hope that they will fix. The drain cover in the shower is higher than the surface of the shower floor. What this means is that water accumulates rapidly, and unless you are careful about it, flows out onto the bathroom floor, soaking the bathmat. It’s by no means a big deal, just annoying.
