This place is stunning if you love older homes! It really gives the vibe of living in NOLA while on vacation. The kitchen is quaint and has everything you need to prepare meals if you enjoy cooking, minus the food of course 😉 The sitting and dinning area is set up for functionality and to resemble the period of the home. The grounds are small, as most homes in this area are, but they are STUNNING! A private hot tub is a great way to end the day after lots of walking. There is also an enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, umbrellas and even a grill for providing that at home feel.

We stayed in Room 1, which was The Mariny sweet. It was 2 rooms combined. There was a king size bed, queen size bed and sitting area in between. Great set up, unfortunately we had NO HOT WATER the entire stay. Even after calling, and them sending someone out to look at it, it was barely lukewarm at best. Unfortunately trying to find other means to wash our bodies will keep us from booking here again. 😪

Stayed for 3 nights in April. Had booked the room with 2 separate sleeping areas but the booking agent messed it up so ended up getting 2 rooms in the house rather. I don’t know how it can be called a hotel. Not once did I see anyone who worked there besides the cleaning lady when there was a room change over. Rooms are not serviced unless you specifically request. The building is old, with paint peeling and wallpaper falling off. It is indicative of a house in that road and to be fair the road is very quiet at night, but felt like we were sleeping in Granny’s old house with children coming in at all hours of the night to head to their bedroom. One of the rooms didn’t have a wardrobe or drawers to unpack, the other one only had hanging cupboard space. No safe in the room, no dressing gowns. Should be relisted as a shared Air BnB. Would not recommend.

LOVED the beds, so comfy. Loved the little separate unit we had, I would request this one again! It was like our own house! Maid was super sweet and was cleaning all day making sure it was very clean. Hot tub was excellent. Quiet, got really good sleep here! Walked everyday to French Quarter or to breakfast in the neighborhood. There are so many good places to eat 1-2 blocks away.

Main house smelled a little funny, but I am sensitive! Some small imperfections in our unit, could use a paint job and some repairs, upstairs shower did NOT have hot water so we only used downstairs shower.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived fairly late to a room drastically different from what we booked. We very intentionally booked a king size room and arrived to a queen with some noticeable decor downgrades. There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall, and the floors weren’t particularly clean. The response from Staff was rude, dismissive and unacceptable. We have now had zero response from them for over two days. I would not book this property due to this bait and switch and false advertising. Very poor hospitality for a company named hospitality Nola. See photos for booking photo as well as what we arrived to.

The pictures on their site do not exist in reality at this B&B if I could attach pictures that we took of how rundown it is, I would. there is no continental breakfast, no maid service. If you need towels or coffee, you go to the cabinet In the hallway and get it yourself. There is no one to check you in. They say they’re going to send an email with the codes, but they don’t until the last minute We asked three times. One review said they charged a $75 cleaning fee. they have changed that to a property fee of $75 on top of your nightly rate.

Cute house in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of parking. Felt safe walking around. Lots of friendly cafes and restaurants around. We took the family room right at the entrance. Was worried about in and out noise but all the guest were very respectful. Wish they had a cot for a baby but we made it work. Water takes a bit to warm up but it gets plenty hot. Air conditioning was on when we arrived so it was nice and cool and worked perfectly. You can login on your tv subscribtions. Shared kitchen was nice to microwave and warm up baby food and bottles. Loved the patio in the front. Would definitely recommend this place for a easy New Orleans experience.

The carpet felt a bit old and dirty. You have to go into the main hallway to turn off the front first light or the room is pretty bright from the stain glass window on the wall that goes through to the room.

Great property and quiet! Just wish there was a stopper for the bathtub!
