Best Western West Towne Suites

If every best western had Stephen at the front desk then everyone stay woukd be delightful.it’s obvious this man lives his job and he is good at it.

The made-to-order breakfast was really nice. It was great to have fresh hot food. The beds were comfortable, and the mini kitchen was a plus.

The room had a bad smell. We spoke with staff, who gave us a room deodorizer, which masked the smell briefly, but it didn't last. It smelled dirty, like animal feces. Also, in the hall by our neighbor's door was a pile of dog feces. The floors looked stained and dirty, but the rest of the room appeared clean.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Had a first floor room and we could hear people walking around in the room above us. Wasn’t all night, but we were surprised how loud the waking was.

We’ll be back again! First floor room 117 was a king sized bed with rollaway bed and handicapped accessible. Lots of room and a nice bathroom, however it had a slippery marble tub missing a tub mat. They have soft water making it even more slippery in shower. Would have appreciated the mat and also a roll up or roll in shower. Be aware of the constantly creaking floor in the room above this, making it impossible to get a good night of sleep. The guest staying in the above room walked/stomped back and forth all night long. This room also had an adjoining room, which we had requested NOT to have. We could hear everything going on in that adjoining room through the door. The plus was the freshly prepared to order breakfast, included with stay, which helped save this review from being a one star. Would not stay again, and will be contacting manager, who was not on property to ket him know not relaxing our stay had been.

Nice place. I have found BW’s to be very dependable and consistent, and this one is no exception.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good.

Our go-to place whenever we visit family/friends in the Madison area. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. They have one of (if not the best) breakfasts ever in any hotel/motel. Fresh fruit, good coffee, made to order hot breakfast-one of the options is French toast, but it should be called Texas toast since the slices of bread are about an inch thick. The staff was outstanding, especially Steve at the front desk. The location is great, so close to the beltline to go anywhere in almost any direction.

Overall I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

Best Western West Towne Suites is my go to hotel while visiting Madison. Comfortable, friendly staff, and just right for my needs. Will return in the future!
